Japan used to have a whole lot of folks slinging canned meat over the counter. Each day, many cans had to be loaded on and off arduous work that took up much time. Baoli is here to help you.
What is Automation?
This is not manufacturing - this has to do with automation, meaning replacing people by machines like Cleaning Equipment. In Japan the industry is already starting to produce food moving process where there are only minimal amount of human labour. This change also makes the work safe for workers that they did not have to lift heavy things all of there life.
Key Machines in Industry
Palletizers, Depalletizers, and AGV Forklift are the two essential machines to move the luncheon meat cans from one place to another. Palletizers - These are machines designed to organize and stack the cans onto big pallets, wooden shelves or platforms. You are just looking at a stack of thousands of flat bases stacked on top each other. Depalletisers, on the other hand are machines that strip cans from pallets when they ready to leave a store. They help rapidly, but other than they all keep things contained for everybody.
How Automation Helps
It used to take cans long time, and lots of effort moving the can ducts. The rest of the cans had to be picked up and hauled over a considerable distance, carrying it not only was time-consuming but also took human power. In other words, in the past few years we added a Palletizer and (a little happy dance here) Depalletzier which have hyper sped up can gauge moves. More cans prepared for shipment to stores in a shorter amount of time, equals faster availability you get your favorite luncheon meat!
How Do These Machines Work?
This involves putting the cans on a small but ever-moving conveyor belt which more or less is like this long slide that leads to its pre- determined Palletizer. The Palletizer is more about performance; custom built machines with tools, and sensors for detecting cans which are then placed softly on a hard wood pallet. Once pallet full of cans it goes to t he Depalletizer. An arm (or roboHand) moves the cans off of a pallet and onto yet another conveyor belt. This second conveyor belt will then transport the cans into the next round where they will head out to go be distributed in stores for people that purchase them.
Why Automation is Good
Automation:It is great for all the luncheon meat cans in Japan In printable electronics, this is economically advantageous in a dual sense: the total time for these tasks is shortened and their cost decreases. They save a lot of money because they don't have to pay for salary of their men, but instead, their machines will do it.
